A meeting to launch the project, was launched March 6, 2014 to discuss the options for the implementation of EEP projects in agriculture:
- Mobile Exchanges,
- Web services
- Paperless,
- Safekeeping,
- Authentication,
- Electronic signature,
- Platform for Interoperability
- Etc ....
 
Following a kick off meeting, the participants were grouped into two working groups:


- Group 1: "safe rooms / interoperability / Access / Electronic signatures"
The group has scheduled four discussion meetings and the drafting of a good practice guide.
 
- Group 2 : "Technical requirements for e-invoicing implementation (structured EDI)"
This group is working for the development of a guide of good practice by the end of 2014
